Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate placement of stock in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and labeling packages.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
