Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including reach trucks and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as shrink-wrapping, labeling, and organizing stock.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B is a plus but not required).
- Must be willing to undergo forklift certification training.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
