Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and prepare materials for shipment
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided for all equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage facility
