- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on safety protocols and procedures
- Implement inventory management systems and conduct regular audits
- Optimize workflow to meet productivity and quality standards
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license required
- Forklift certification training provided
