- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline supply chain processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
