Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using manual and mechanical methods (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse areas following FIFO protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Prepare orders for shipment using scanning systems and packing materials
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after completing our paid training program
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to complete OSHA-certified equipment training
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
