Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members through performance management and training initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with transportation and inventory teams
- Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
