Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in temperature-controlled storage zones
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with zero-error precision
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work areas and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
