Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory zones and implement FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
