Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to packing lists and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including hand trucks and scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure correct items and quantities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Preferential experience: warehouse, manufacturing, or retail roles
