What You Will Do:
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select merchandise from shelves and pack items securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Scanning: Utilize handheld scanners and barcode readers to ensure inventory accuracy and proper labeling.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep storage areas organized and free of clutter to ensure safe operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from storage areas according to picking tickets and scan items using handheld scanners.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery and minimize damage.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
