Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality control and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
