Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products to customers using handheld scanners and technology.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Work History: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
