Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure that items are free from damage before packing.
- Use warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move and organize inventory.
- Label and prepare packages for shipping, including applying shipping labels and sealing boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's license may be required for operating warehouse equipment.
