Job Summary
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety and efficiency are our top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Select and Pack: Accurately retrieve products from shelves and pack them into boxes using appropriate materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packing meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and verify order details using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks and dollies when required.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep your work area organized.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Reliability: Punctual with a history of consistent attendance.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read pick tickets and perform basic calculations.
