Responsibilities
- Retrieve and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Package items securely and accurately to ensure safe transit to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
