Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and package orders accurately for shipment using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Operate material handling equipment safely under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and verifying items.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
