Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for defects or damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment according to shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
