Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on digital pick lists and customer requirements.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and verify product information to maintain high inventory accuracy standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station and warehouse aisles clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order processing.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
