Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure accurate labeling and packaging standards.
- Load and unload trucks with forklifts or pallet jacks, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime when necessary.
