Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipping to meet daily quotas.
- Scan and label items to maintain precise inventory records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Organize warehouse aisles to maintain safety and efficiency standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chandler facility.
