Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) with proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report equipment issues and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
