Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from the warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and barcodes.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Sort and stage orders for shipping in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
