Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are free of damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trailers and pallets using proper material handling equipment.
- Replenish stock in bins and shelves to ensure inventory levels are adequate.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning technology.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
