Responsibilities
- Retrieve, pick, and pack merchandise according to pick tickets and order requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Verify item counts and scan barcodes using handheld RF scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect packages for damage and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety protocols and pick tickets.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
