Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices based on customer orders.
- Order Accuracy: Verify quantities and package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification) to move stock within the facility.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area organized and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets and labels accurately.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
