Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process inbound shipments and verify product accuracy against purchase orders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
