Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse machinery safely after training certification
- Process orders for shipping/receiving with barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Operate warehouse management software (training provided)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
