Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders for shipment following digital pick tickets and quality standards
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on products before loading/unloading trucks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
