Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor belts and sorting systems
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all associates
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
