- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and foster a culture of workplace safety
- Process documentation for inventory, shipping, and receiving transactions
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Forklift certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
