Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain accident-free workplace
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation, inventory systems, and quality standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Manage staffing schedules, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
