Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, electric carts) with proper training
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper lifting techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones/tablets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
