Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and conduct regular inventory counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
