Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stocking and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with receiving and unloading shipments using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper training
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
