Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanning technology
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions per OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
