Responsibilities
- Execute inventory management protocols including cycle counts, stock rotations, and quality assurance checks
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pack, label, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock workflows
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards in all operations
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
