Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using voice-pick technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- No experience required—comprehensive onboarding program included
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to North Austin facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
