Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Process Shipments: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate digital records of warehouse stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards and are free of damage.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide paid training for entry level candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including potential weekend and holiday work.
- Driver's License: Valid US driver's license is a plus.
