Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated storage areas.</li><li>Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.</li><li>Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.</li><li>Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of obstructions.</li><li>Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is required.</li><li>Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting is preferred.</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.</li><li>Good hand-eye coordination and balance.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production schedules.</li><li>Valid driver's license (if required for site access).</li></ul>
