Responsibilities
- Perform pick, pack, and ship duties accurately to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against packing lists using RF scanners.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S methodologies.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and spot checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification or willingness to train.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
