Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Sort, organize, and inventory products in our climate-controlled facility
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment with proper training and certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Use inventory management software for accurate tracking
- Assist with quality control checks and product labeling
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
