Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen (no background check)
