Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) under supervision.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- No prior warehouse experience is necessary; we value a strong work ethic and reliability.
