Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to specific picking tickets.
- Inventory Management: Use handheld RF scanners to verify item codes, quantities, and locations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyor systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading outbound trucks and receiving incoming inventory.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required. We train ambitious candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day/Afternoon or Night) including weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, codes, and follow instructions precisely.
- Computer Skills: Basic comfort with handheld technology or computer terminals.
