Responsibilities
- Accurately process and track inventory using digital systems (remote component)
- Coordinate warehouse operations through remote communication tools
- Perform physical tasks: sorting, packing, and shipping products (on-site)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all backgrounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for remote coordination tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Reliable transportation to Omaha facility (3 days/week)
