Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in fast-paced environment
