Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Organize inventory in designated zones with FIFO rotation
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment per certification protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely shipments
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to career changers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
