Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments; verify quantities against packing slips.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock audits.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order picking.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently for safety and operational clarity.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
