Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental KPIs
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Valid driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
